Position Overview: As an Intern in Internal Communications and Employer Branding, you will play a role in supporting the ICEB team in enhancing our internal communication strategies and promoting our employer brand. This internship provides hands-on experience in crafting compelling communications, engaging with employees, stakeholders, and contributing to initiatives that showcase our company culture. Responsibilities: Assist in developing communications materials. Creation and coordination of engagement activities via internal communication platforms An opportunity to collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication. An opportunity to contribute in creating multimedia content, including social media posts Provide administrative support to the ICEB team as and when required. Learning Outcomes: Able to develop effective communication messaging and programs. Able to conduct and host virtual meetings/activities. Able to engage employees to meet expected outcomes. Gain understanding on general insurance business operations. Requirements: Internship duration of 3 months (January - March 2024) Proactive and has excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
