Duties and Responsibilities: Activation & Planning is the frontline of the Company, where they will be faced with Company clients. They also strive to look for new business opportunities to boost Company revenue. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: The main point of contact between the agency and the client. Manages client relationships effectively with exceptional people skills. Work closely with Business Director to strategize individual account plans to maximize ad grow account potential. Pitching ideas, concepts, and campaign plans to the client. Lead & manage projects into excellence. Nurturing accounts and strategizing ways to build new opportunities. Communicate and converse at various levels of personnel within the client's organization. Communicate and converse at various levels of personnel within the client's organization. Work closely with clients and internal resources on solutions that address requirements. Academic Quali fication(s): Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent. Work Experience / Sills Requirement(s): Minimum of 4 years account management experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail / Shopper activation role. Meticulous and have a good sense of business acumen. Process-driven and had the agency's interest at heart. Independent & confident in meeting clients. Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale. Experience working with large budgets and high-profile accounts. Confident in pitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects. Adaptable to new environments and work processes. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good at prioritizing & multi-tasking. Resultsâoriented and able to work under pressure. Selfâmotivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and possesses a positive mental attitude. Able to present effectively to different management levels (internal and/or external). Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
