In this role you will be the main coordinator for marketing and provide business, customer & sales trend insights to facilitate decision making. Additionally, you will be part of a team that drives strategic projects to drive major business impacts and shape the future of our company. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with top management of the company, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure. As our Marketing Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, providing invaluable insights and analysis to fuel decision-making. Here's what you can expect: Responsibilities Data Wizardry: Dive deep into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive our marketing strategies. Strategic Planning: Craft year-round beauty mega campaigns by identifying market trends and opportunities, leveraging historical data and forward-thinking analysis. Campaign Coordination : Take charge of coordinating our weekly campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic projects and foster category growth. Autonomy and Impact: Own, lead, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to our success, all while enjoying the freedom to innovate and make a real difference. Requirements 0-2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in the beauty & e-commerce industry. Exposure in e-commerce industry is preferred Bachelor in Business, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field Great interpersonal and communication skills Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment.
