Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contributing to automation initiatives within Legal and Company Secretary unit. Assist in the IT automation project, from manual process to automated process of contract management processes, including the transition from manual data entry to an automated system in Legal unit. Participate in IT automation initiatives project related to company secretary functions, particularly in minutes writing in Company Secretary unit, from manual to automated process. Assist in the development and implementation of automated systems for payment processing. Update and maintain the contract register to be transferred to the automated system. Support the company secretary team in organizing and maintaining corporate records to ensure all the data from manual system are recorded according to the automated system. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in IT/software engineering or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
