We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to lead our efforts in maximizing conversion rates across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and optimizing the customer journey. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop CRO Strategies : Craft and execute comprehensive strategies to boost conversion rates and drive revenue growth. Lead and Inspire : Direct a team of CRO specialists, analysts, and developers, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive Data-Informed Decisions : Employ data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to uncover optimization opportunities and deploy effective solutions. Collaborate for go-to-market Success : Work alongside marketing and sales teams to grow CRO practice and acquire clients. Analyze and Optimize : Conduct in-depth analysis of website and app performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Stay Ahead : Stay abreast in CRO trends, best practices, and technologies, integrating these into our strategies and operations. Monitor and Report : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate the success of CRO initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements Reward Excellence : Implement incentive programs to recognize and reward team achievements. QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in roles involving client interaction and project management. Strong focus on e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in this area. Experience working in an agency setting, particularly in roles related to e-commerce. Proficiency in Shopify platform, with hands-on experience in managing Shopify stores. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and driving business growth. Proficiency in A/B testing, website optimization tools, and analytics platforms.
