Data & product analytics are the unseen biggest drivers in our product strategy, business planning, and experimentation.Recently we kicked-off our newest and the most exciting project where we migrated our entire analytics stack from a traditional sessions-based view to event-based data modelling where we can analyse user funnels at scale easily at our fingertips.If you are someone who enjoys rewarding challenges and has willingness to learn, we’ve got the role for you. We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to accelerate our product insights-generation machine, to help our Product team to make data-driven decisions, democratise product analytics skill set across organisations, plus generate experimentation ideas to validate hypotheses.This position is a full-time role. In this role, you’ll get to: Be the subject matter expert for analysing core business and product data by providing insights to a variety of stakeholders Identify and analyse the whole company’s purchase conversion rate levers, touching different key areas such as user behavioural data, product catalog algorithms, pricing strategy, etc, to derive valuable insights that matter in product decision making or experimenting, and then reporting findings based on your interpretations Work with different stakeholders to help them to leverage data as part of their decision making process Democratise data-driven mindset and analytical skills to other departments in the company Work closely with our Data & Growth Product Manager and Data team in developing and enhancing insight quality through review and validation of data, and implementation of appropriate controls and checkpoints Here are our expectations for this role: >2 years experience in an analytical role, ideally in Business/Product Analytics, Finance, or Management Consulting in a company known for best-in-class products A highly motivated individual with a passion in data-driven user insights; especially to uncover potential growth opportunities and identify gaps Strong quantitative background and comfortable working with large amounts of data Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to solve exciting live business problems Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, strong presentation and persuasion skills A growth mindset – willingness to learn and improve.
