Description:
Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute onsite campaigns based on major events, trends/themes, seasonality, merchandise mix. Understand and utilize various analytics to gain insights on campaign performance Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns Work on major initiatives and events, Tackle business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights Conduct descriptive & quantitative analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision making Work closely with Onsite Management and various squad teams to design experimentation methodology, and evaluate A/B test results Contribute to project initiations by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities Requirements: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Interested in fashion, beauty and keeps abreast of current trends Can multitask and meet deadlines while being detail-oriented Generally tech-savvy - can pick up on new tools quickly 2-3 years working experience Project management and business analytics experiences is preferred Wonder how it's like to build your career with ZALORA?
