Azure DevOps Engineer - ONSITE KUALA LUMPUR Job Description We are seeking an experienced and versatile Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and efficient management of our applications. Your expertise in Azure, DevOps practices, and various programming languages will be critical to our success. Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates and Terraform . Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of Azure resources. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services or similar tools. Ensure smooth deployment of applications across development, testing, and production environments. Data Management: Collaborate with data engineers and architects to design and maintain data pipelines. Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory , Azure Databricks , and Azure SQL Database . Agile Scrum: Work within an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software. Programming Languages: Proficiency in .NET , Java , and Python for scripting and automation tasks. Familiarity with Angular JS for front-end development. Security and Monitoring: Implement security best practices for Azure resources. Set up monitoring and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics . Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of Azure services , including Azure Resource Manager, Azure DevOps, and Azure Data services. Exposure to data engineering and data management practices. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
