We are looking for an analytical and fast learning individual that is passionate about the e-commerce industry, in particular within the Lifestyle Category- Home& Living and Electronics. In this role, you will be analysing, planning and strategizing marketing initiatives, using Looker/Mixpanel/Data Studio to provide business, customer & sales trend insights. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure. Responsibilities Creating dashboards and analytical tools for commercial and marketing analytics. Lead & coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects. Manage & prepare reports and analysis on sales and campaign performance weekly and quarterly. Use a data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and come up with recommendations to drive sales performance. Part of the project team to plan and execute key strategic marketing initiatives to drive Lifestyle category growth on Zalora. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns. Requirements 2-5 years working experience preferably with a Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Strong interest in the e-commerce industry with e-commerce background and understanding commercial and marketing strategies in the lifestyle e-commerce industry. Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with different departments and/or functions. Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an analytical mindset. Experience studying and/or working abroad is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional time-management skills in terms of prioritizing business priorities.
