The Revenue Office is a function in Zalora tasked to optimize anything that affects the revenue/ conversion funnel. We consider product and tech platforms as constraints and use all the levers at our disposal (price, campaign, search, sorting, and processes around them) to get the best possible outcome (read Sales and Profit). It is a standalone department from commercial and marketing. The Customer Retention & Loyalty team is one of the four building blocks of the Revenue Office (working alongside the Merchandising, Pricing and Revenue Analytics). The team strategizes and develops plans to acquire, retain and nurture the best possible customer in line with the company’s objectives by understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors. We oversee projects such as Zalora VIP - Zalora’s loyalty program, cashback, customer segmentation, and shipping fee revenue. Join us in our endeavor to provide our customers with an unparalleled experience shopping! Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring and analysing the performance of various initiatives on a daily/weekly basis to develop action plans (Zalora VIP, Cashback, Customer Performance, Shipping Revenue). Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing and Commercial teams to run Zalora VIP exclusive, Cashback and Segmented Customer campaigns. Provide suggestions for campaigns tailored to Zalora's VIP members, cashback promotions, and segmented customer initiatives. Assist with backend campaign setups. Support in any ad hoc tasks assigned with good time and task management skills. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, Google Slides and Looker is preferred. Full professional proficiency in English. Organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, changing environment. Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross-functional team relationships. Desire to achieve results and attention to detail.
