Manager, Onsite Management (Campaigns)
Description:
Responsibilities: Oversee ZALORA's onsite channels, including the App, Web, and Mobile Web platforms Lead the onsite management team across MY,SG,HK & TW countries and own the day to day onsite campaigns, projects , AB tests and all other onsite management activities Lead and project manage mega event campaigns, microsites, gamification and projects across various business functions Collaborate closely with the Tech team on feature enhancements to drive optimal user experience as well as workflow efficiency across multiple systems & platforms Be the main point of contact with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement enhancements or updates to the systems Act as the main contact for stakeholders from various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to align on project objectives and priorities ensuring successful project delivery within tight deadline Plan, execute, and analyze AB test experiments to optimize website content, user experience, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the growth team to define hypotheses, set up experiments, and interpret results. Monitor and analyze the performance of onsite campaigns and other initiatives, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates etc Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce channel management or related field. Strong analytical skills and experience with AB testing and analytics tools. Experience in content management tools is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Solid understanding of UX/UI, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
