Description: We are looking for passionate and talented individuals for are interested to gain industry exposure by being part of the vibrant and exciting Loyalty and Retention team.As a Loyalty Intern, you will gain valuable experience in working with passionate individuals across different sub departments in running and launching exciting customer initiatives across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Together with your line manager, you will brainstorm and conceptualize initiatives that will help ZALORA drive key business metrics and oversee the timely execution of these initiatives end to end within the team or by working with individuals across departments.Successful applicants will gain hand experience on what makes e-commerce business tick and allows you to dabble in projects that directly drives our business. You will be supporting these project in execution and your line manager in post campaign reporting. The role will also allow you to experiment with new ideas, push new boundaries and be at the forefront of the ever-changing E-Commerce landscape. Responsibilities: Support day to day execution of initiatives using marketing tools such as Braze and Looker. Execution of communication strategies and onsite messaging via Braze CRM and our in house proprietary systems. Participate in brainstorming sessions with your line manager to conceptualize new initiatives. Coordinate, execute and track these loyalty initiatives and its results with your line manager. Work with multiple stakeholders across different departments on the day to day execution and tracking of initiatives. Set clear and specific targets with your manager for each initiative and ensure proposals/concepts can deliver on those targets set. Asses results with your line manager and work out / propose steps for improvements. Support the loyalty team when it comes to proper implementation of loyalty initiatives and communication strategies across multiple markets and channels. Keep track and provide relevant updates to key stakeholders with proposed next action steps Requirements: Individuals/students who will be doing their internship for a period of 3- 6 months. Ability to think out of the box and conceptualize ideas. Be aware of and have basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion and the major players in the industry. Highly organized and structured when managing tasks and projects across multiple stakeholders. Knowledge in google suits (docs/sheet/) or MS Office suite. Adaptable to situations and is an independent learner. Has a desire to collaborate with members of other teams Impeccable communications skills and are fluent in English Pursuing a degree in marketing and/or business administration/Mass Communications or other fields of study.
