Junior Internal Logistics Executive

We are looking for a passionate Internal Logistics Executive (Production Executive) to join the ZALORA Cluster eProduction for Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and experience behind the scenes of fashion trend and style. Reporting to the Senior Executive of Production, this role requires attention to detail and must be physically fit to move heavy boxes. This role is based in Malaysia. Responsibilities: Manage daily capacity and priorities of eProduction Inbound and Outbound. To communicate effectively across multiple departments as frequent liaison with the Warehouse/Buying team is needed. Responsible in inbound/outbound process of stocks in eProduction including but not limited to hands-on task such as scanning, organizing, repackaging of stocks and samples. Ensure quality assurance steps are performed correctly and maintained by teams involved in handling stocks and samples as well as completed in the most efficient and optimal leadtime. Assist and support in locating items for studios team as well as looking into improvement opportunity on the workflow to minimize misplaced or lost items. Responsible in generating daily reports required and general updates to studio coordinators on a daily basis. Keeping close communication with reporting line on day to day operations of eProduction logistics. Discover improvement opportunities and provide potential solutions in ZALORA Operations that has positive impact to business, focusing more on eProduction department. Lead improvement initiatives related to ZALORA Operations, focusing more on eProduction department. Support in eProduction related data provision when needed. Requirements: Minimum one year experience working in logistics-related fields preferred Diploma (or any certificate of a similar level or higher) related to data management and/or logistics. Proficiency in Excel and SQL script writing from intermediate to advanced. Has a good eye for details. Good team player, inquisitive and diligent. Able to handle ad-hoc cases and work under pressure. Willing to work on later hours or weekend shift when required. Independent and can work with minimal supervision.
