Technical Expertise & Leadership: * Provide expert advice & guidance on Elanco’s pet health products. * Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine & pet health care practices. 2. Customer Support & Services: * Provide personalized technical support to key customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly & effectively based on their sales data. * Address customer inquiries & issues, offering practical solutions & support. 3. Product Knowledge & Training: * Conduct training sessions for customers, veterinary professionals & internal teams to enhance their understanding of our products & services. * Develop & distribute educational materials that support product knowledge & pet health care best practices. 4. Value Demonstration: * Engage directly with key customers to highlight the benefits & value of our products, going beyond their basic features. * Customize presentations & demonstrations to show how our products can meet specific customer needs & improve pet health outcomes. 5. Collaboration & Communication: * Work closely with channel partners, marketing, regional teams to align strategies & provide customer feedback. * Participate in industry conference, seminars & workshops to represent the company & expand professional network Functions, Duties, Tasks: * Customize global/regional technical materials to meet the needs and requirements of Malaysia & Singapore. * Write, review and/or coordinate technical training for Malaysia & Singapore. * Plan and conduct pre-launch training for channel partners. * Support the ongoing technical education of sales representatives & the effective utilization of scientific information. * Develop & deliver tailored training modules to key customers. * Build strong relationships & collaborate closely with customers, key opinion leaders, & channel partners. * Assist as needed with conference planning & execution, literature fulfillment, sales meeting planning, training, & various other projects. * 8. Partner with marketing to provide high-quality, objective, credible, & balanced supporting technical evidence for promotional materials. * Work with sales & marketing to design Product Experience Trial (PET) protocols, ensuring key customers conduct the PETs properly. 10. Provide support as needed for brand planning, profit planning & strategic planning processes Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications): * At least 1-2 years of experience in pet health veterinary practice is essential. * Experience in the animal health industry (minimum 3 years) * Experience with advertising, sales, and market research is an added advantage. * A Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Veterinary Science or an equivalent degree is required. * Fluency in English & Malay is necessary, and the ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
