Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential Refinery Operational Expenses (Opex). Gather and compile Opex data from Refinery Divisions for annual planning. Propose and finalize Opex plans for approval. Monitor and adjust Opex priorities throughout the year. Track and report monthly Refinery Opex status. Analyze Opex spending trends and provide variance analysis. Lead the Annual Impairment Analysis for the Refinery. Handle reporting and analysis tasks for the refinery. Prepare internal reports (weekly highlights, monthly scorecards, performance reports, etc.). Prepare external reports for the Department of Statistics (export, manufacturing, and price producer surveys). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or other relevant engineering field is a minimum requirement. 1-2 years of experience in Refinery and Supply operations. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and during non-standard hours. Thank you for your application!
