Position overview Are you interested in a dynamic role that combines strategic procurement and logistics management? As a Freight Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our freight services. Additionally, you will generate insightful freight reports and drive the automation of existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Join allnex and be a key player in streamlining our logistics operations! Responsibilities Process incoming freight invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. Upload the latest freight rates into the ERP system. Request airfreight quotations from forwarders. Conduct monthly follow-ups on fuel surcharges. Facilitate communication between internal and external parties, including Logistics, Carriers, Sourcing, and Accounts Payable. Generate freight reports and participate in the automation of existing processes. Required skills and experience Proven experience in freight invoice processing or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
