As an Intern of the Regional Commercial Project Management Office, you will support and drive both commercial-driven and cross-functional projects to develop new and/or enhance current practices within the Commercial department. Combining analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, you will work across multiple departments: from Brand Acquisition to Onboarding, Account Management to Project Management, Operations and Tech. You should be result-oriented and demonstrate exceptional project management and problem-solving skills not only to address existing challenges at ZALORA but also to achieve sustainable and impactful results that will bring the company to greater heights. Responsibilities : Support and/or drive commercial projects & processes mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes. Leveraging current systems and tech solutions to develop reports and dashboards, supporting Senior leadership and the Commercial team in their day-to-day work. Work across different departments to facilitate discussions for process improvements and present solutions to senior management. Assist in multiple tasks from ad-hoc analysis to support decision making. Preferred Qualifications and Competencies: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Prior internship in Project Management would be an advantage Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus Owner of its tasks and responsibilities, high focus on driving results Exceptional analytical skills, equipped to handle big data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and takes initiative to learn Commit to the internship for a duration of 6 months Wonder how it's like to build your career with ZALORA?
