Job Roles: Provide SAP administration support, user access and maintenance related matters. Ensure administration support provided are as per agreed SLA and task carried out according to defined SOPs Prepare and circulate periodic user access report for business review Prepare monthly billing on IT maintenance and services Compile and prepare ad hoc report. Carry out regular departmental administrative related matters. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
