- Malaysian - Onsite KL / Selangor The Junior Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to support business operations. This role involves working closely with senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure systems meet the needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements and processes. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data. Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. Provide support and training to end-users. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of programming languages and database management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL, Java, .Net, PHP or other programming languages. Knowledge of network systems and server applications. Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
