Position Overview: Emerhub is a multinational market entry consulting company. We help our clients to set up and grow their businesses across the Southeast Asia Region. We provide solutions to companies from remote hiring tosetting up local operations, lowering barriers to local markets, and shortening time-to-market for any product or service. Responsibilities: Actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities. This includes handling inbound inquiries and Outbound sales activities (prospecting) Provide an end-to-end consultation to Emerhub clients. Management of client accounts from start to finish (from generating, closing, and retaining leads/ clients/accounts) by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers, this will include the upselling of post-establishment services and routine maintenance of the client after services have been delivered. Work together with different branch and internal teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients. Requirements: Relevant experience in sales/account management/business development, preferably in the services industry especially B2B Degree in any major, preferably Business/Management Preferably from a consulting firm or having an HR background Fluent in English, both spoken and written Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication Familiar with CRM tools A good understanding of business regulations or manpower regulations will be a major advantage Team leadership experience will be an advantage Malaysian/ Singaporean Powered by JazzHR
