Event Planning: Plan, implement and manage ABO Incentive trips, corporate meetings, tours and events from 10 - 5000+ guests Manage negotiation, contract and relationship with destination and other event-related vendors Events may be domestic or international, global or single affiliate, with budgets up to several million dollars Event Size: • Size: 10 - 5000+ guests • Budget: up to several million dollars • Type: sales meetings, marketing events, training events, incentive/business trips, mgt conferences, employee events • Guests: ABO's, employees, public • Geography: Worldwide Event Planning & Execution • Consult with event owner to set event strategy, schedule, budget, risk mitigation strategy, etc. • Select location and venue and inspect as necessary • Manage vendors & action plan required to set up event • Negotiate vendor contracts (with Procurement and Legal) and facilitate the process • Manage budget and potential risks to deal with the uncertainty along with event execution. • Create new and innovative events Event Management • Assure an optimal guest experience during the event, managing all situations that develop • Design and implement through communication plan to manager internal team and ABO leaders’ expectation • Manage flow of information re: guests, schedules, changes, etc. • Oversee contractor and assigned corporate staff
