Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Main liaison between ULM and agency for Promodiser project. Key contact person for any human resource planning, job-related matters. Randomly monitor tracking system (daily reporting system). Plan necessary coaching (field visit coaching or group training). Monitor discipline and work ethics make sure all SOP is followed. To conduct monthly WIP meeting with ULM, Team Leader. Continuous to drive project effectiveness and productivity. Having Weekly Meeting with Team Leader and Admin (review on Region Status, Sales, or any issue). Analyze on BI to identify opportunity and minimize gap. Review performance with team and make sure KPI sets are met. Academic Qualification(s): Candidates must possess at least SPM or above. Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s): Able to speak fluent Malay and English, mandarin will be an advantage. Work as operation department before. A team player. Able to start work on early of July 2022. Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 5,260Powered by JazzHR
