Compugraphics have had their Manufacturing Facility in Glenrothes since 1967 and work 24 hours, 7 days per week. The Production Technician is certainly joining a well-established organisation whree we will be able to provide the suitable candidates with a full training programme and support to develop valuable skills and establish themselves as a valued member of the Production Team. They will be aske dto participate in continuous improvement exercises that will improve their work areas and give them a sense of ownership. Who are we looking for? Our Production Technicians work within our Cleanroom Facility to ensure and maintain a smooth interface with the Data Processing function as the production input. Co-operative Team working with the other operational functions, notably Production Support, as well as the Qauality Department and other Production Areas. What will you be doing? Production responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reading internal databases to determine customer specifications and requirements Exposng photomasks by inputting data correctly into exposure tools Process photomasks using dedicated tools Measure critical dimensions of features to the customer specific instructions and specification Accurately control our process by reading, understanding and following our SPC system Checking the quality of product using automatic inspection tools Dispatching of product to customer specific instructions Maintaining Cleanroom cleanliness and adhering to all Cleanroom protocol The Production Technician will also be asked to participate in continuous improvement exercises that will improve their work areas and give them a sense of ownership.
