Assist the MICE sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach efforts. Support on sales person day to day the booking, datelines and follow-ups on client requirements. Coordinate the scheduling of client appointments, sales meetings, and site visits. Prepare and distribute sales quotation, proforma invoice, payment, booking confirmation and Event Order agreements to clients and internal operations in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal departments such as booking, event planning, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of MICE events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contact information, and sales activity reports in the D365 system. Respond to client inquiries, requests for information, and follow-up on sales leads promptly and professionally. Support the development of sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales collateral specific to the MICE segment.
