In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be Senior Executive - Treasury as part of the Finance team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Finance Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate-Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of treasury activities for the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia). What you will do Cash planning and treasury management for the entire hub which includes : - Liaise with various business functions and Asia Pacific Treasury Centre for cash forecast and funding requirements. Work closely with the Shared Service & Division Treasury to ensure smooth operations of our bank accounts, banking transactions and cash management Review payment proposals and ensure all the remittances are processed smoothly Manage Accounts Payable and intercompany balances to minimize balance sheet translation exposure and maintain an optimal working capital level Complies with all policies and standards to ensure controls are in place Manage investment portfolio where applicable to improve cash generation Responsible for ensuring timely completion and submission of documentations required by the bank Perform other duties as assigned relating to Treasury, Intercompany & Supplier Financing Programme PO management to ensure controls for Procure to Pay processes are in place including vendor bank details Employee expense reimbursement verification and sample auditing Management and Statutory Accounts preparation and Analysis Financial month end and year end preparation Statutory, SOX and Corporate Audit Coordination Leased asset management and reporting Master Data Management - General Ledger and Cost Centre Coordination of Government Statistics Requirements Holds a degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA) Minimum two years of work experience in Auditing, Financial Analysis or related field P&L and Balance Sheet accounting experience is essential Capable of delivering high quality and accurate work while respecting short lead times due to strong planning & priority setting Proven strategic and analytical thinking capability Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder group Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
