We are currently seeking a Storage Services Specialist to join our team in CyberJaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (MY-16), Malaysia (MY). Job responsibility: Performing upgrade activities on both Production & Non- Production Environments in NetApp. Responsible for troubleshooting the volumes/snapshots which are at high risk levels. Working on Hardware issues in all the devices and Hardware replacements by coordinating with vendor. Performing upgrade activities on both Prd & Non-prd cohesity. Configuring and managing backups for file system backups on both Linux and Windows. Troubleshooting Linux File systems Corruption and Recovery of File systems. Schedule meetings/ document meeting minutes Support preparation of project reporting Presentation slides preparation Compile team training needs Manage Project documentation repository. Assist project manager to manage the project task. Other administrative support where required. Requirement: Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT with 2 to 5 years working experience. Experience on NetApp Storage, Cohesity Backup and Shell scripting. Good troubleshooting skills and SHELL scripting knowledge. Good working Knowledge on Cloud based systems Experience as a Linux Administrator on REDHAT LINUX Coordinating with Plaftform, DB teams to deliver tasks Comprehensive documentation in putting up documents together as part of our Goverannce process. Comprehensive interaction with other teams to get Serivce Delivery Tasks execute.
