The position of Feasibility Lead is to be located in Kuala Lumpur the capital of Malaysia, and reports to the Clinical Operations Manager, Operational Excellence. The position In this role, you will lead feasibility locally through digitalization and interaction with site staff and relevant start-up functions in accordance with the central patient allocation request. Your key tasks include (but are not limited to): Lead and provide input to relevant stakeholders in the Clinical Development Centre (CDC) Trial Start-Up team, Therapy Area Clinical Operations Manager (TA COM), and Clinical Operations Excellence Manager (COEM) on patient allocation in the affiliate, working closely with the Affiliate Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) team. Perform initial trial feasibility assessments in line with direction from COEM and TA COM, based on current and past performance. Assists the country allocation process as requested. Additionally, obtain internal feedback and data to assist feasibility assessments at the site/country levels. Develop new sites, including required Key Opinion Leader (KOL) involvement in cooperation with Clinical Medical Manager (CMM). Additionally, engage sites on an ongoing basis and collaborate with CMMs to build site partnerships. For multi-country CDCs, oversee the overall feasibility across adjacent affiliates and orgnaizing input for the central country allocation. Lead site identification process, ensuring involvement of relevant internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science with over 3 years of experience in the operational aspects of conducting clinical trials. Proficient in Good Clinical Practices (GCP), therapeutic knowledge, and a demonstrated understanding of diseases and treatments. Experiences in related therapeutic areas such as Diabetes, Obesity & Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD), Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), Rare Disease are preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels. Excellent communication skills, including diplomatic problem-solving with stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office, applicable clinical trial systems, and fluency in English, both verbal and written are essential.
