Duties and Responsibilities: The role of Field Supervisor supports day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient business processes and functions. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: Daily Office Management Tasks Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given. Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team. Training arrangement. Field visitation plan. Uniform arrangement. C on duct Weekend Fieldwork Tasks Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories. Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team. Recruiting & Selecting new SV candidates during fieldwork. Reporting. Academic Qualification(s): Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent. Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s): At least 1-2 years of work experience in the FMCG industry. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale. Resultsā€oriented and able to work under pressure. Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations. Possess own transport. Able to work on weekends.
