Purpose Statement This position has the primary function of ensuring that equipment downtime is kept to a minimum. Key Responsibilities • Performs building maintenance as required, i.e. painting, plumbing repairs, etc. • Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, i.e. air compressor, process water system, fire suppression system, HVAC, electrical, etc. • Will work from rough sketches and drawings. • Performs installation and reconfiguration on cubicles and office fixtures. • Communicates any concerns about work process regarding environmental impact, health or safety issues to their Manager. • Responsible for identifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares. • Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area. • Responsible to monitor the BMS system, record any abnormalities and highlight to supervisor Requirements : Fresh graduate encourages to apply. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Required skill(s): troubleshooting, problem solving, leadership, Chargeman certificate ( min AO) issued by Suruhan Jaya Tenaga.
