We are seeking a skilled and experienced Murex Developer with expertise in MXML to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Murex platform and possess hands-on experience in MXML development. As a Murex Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Murex environment, particularly focusing on MXML customization and configuration. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop Murex solutions utilizing MXML, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Customize and configure the Murex platform to meet specific client needs. Integrate Murex with external systems and data sources as required. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Murex solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other team members. Stay up-to-date with Murex platform updates, new features, and industry trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Document technical specifications, designs, and implementation details. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Murex Developer with a focus on MXML development. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and instruments. Proficiency in Murex configuration, workflows, and data model. Extensive experience with Murex API and integration technologies. Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Murex certification(s) is a plus.
