Job Description: This is a role with our regional RPA team. As a RPA Consultant you will be responsible for implementing, developing and providing support for various solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automated test scripts to support various testing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop appropriate automation solutions. Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects or performance issues. Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on test automation best practices and techniques. Maintain documentation for automated test scripts, processes, and procedures. Monitor test automation processes and proactively address any issues or failures. Knowledge of UiPath Test Explorer for recording and replaying test automation scripts, as well as debugging and validating test results. Ability to troubleshoot UiPath automation failures by analyzing logs, debugging workflows, and identifying root causes. Experience in leveraging UiPath Orchestrator integration within UiPath Test Suite for managing test execution schedules, resources, and environments. Proficiency in creating and managing test data sets and configurations within UiPath Test Manager to support data-driven testing scenarios. Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation process. Provide L1 – L3 support to the existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement the change request according to the priority of incident and request. Analyse, determination of root cause of incident, and problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters with business. Accountable for every assigned task for fixing, enhancement and delivering the right support. Adhere to the guideline for Incident, Problem and Change Management. Requirements: Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline. Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa mandatory. Possess 2-3 of hands-on experience in programming (Java, C#, VB, .NET) with at least 1 years in hands-on UiPath implementation. Candidates with less or little experience are also encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided. Proven experience working as a Test Automation Support Analyst or similar role. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., UiPath Test Suite) and scripting languages (e.g., C#, VB .Net). Proven experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath products. Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology. Prior hands-on experience with Tricentis, Selenium, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere is a strong advantage. Obtain UiPath RPA Advanced Developer and Test Engineer Certifications within 6 months (mandatory) if not already certified.
