Job title: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Main Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing strategies and planning aligned with key objectives. Coordinate, communicate and execute marketing projects. Assist in marketing material production process from creative design, printing to delivery / installation. Assist in liaising with creative agency and media agency in execution of the campaigns. Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign, and assist in preparing campaign reports. Assist in expediting recovery and problem resolution within the project scope. Assist in monitoring and executing projects timely, accurately, efficiently and within the budget allocated. Assist in preparing campaign reports with data-based analytics tools. Ensure the quality of marketing collaterals that is in accordance with approved tender specifications. Ensure all marketing’s project carried out are based on approved policies and stipulated guidelines. Any duties assigned by Marketing Manager from time to time. Education and Experience Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent At least 2 – 4 years of working experience in Marketing field (any industries) Experience in hospitality industry with digital marketing, social media and content marketing is an added advantage Good proficiency in written and spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage) Familiar with media buy Familiar with basic functions of Microsoft Office applications Key Competencies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare an integrated marketing plan for campaigns Data analysis and management Problem analysis and problem-solving Independent and multi tasker Strong stakeholder management skillset Team Player Be part of an exciting history-in-the-making, help shape the future with us.
