Role Description The Service Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of support to our contractors throughout their assignment with Airswift. The Service Consultant will also work closely with various internal teams, like Payroll, Legal, Recruitment & our account managers, to ensure high-quality service is offered to all clients and contractors.This role is ideal for a detailed focus individual with excellent communication skills. Someone who thrives in a busy environment, juggling multiple tasks and building strong relationships every day. Principle Accountabilities: Focal point for contractor care, managing offboarding/onboarding, and mobilization processes. Provide exceptional customer service, handling pre-start requirements such as medical bookings and travel arrangements. Serve as the main point of contact for contractors throughout their assignments, collaborating closely with Client Account Managers and Service Managers to meet client and contractor needs promptly. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Experience in Contractor Onboarding, Mobilisation and Management is valued highly but is not essential. Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills. Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word & Excel, CRM experience. Very organised, adept in time management and can demonstrate structure in thinking. Ability to understand and deliver to business processes and needs. Excellent attention to detail. Flexible attitude and ability to multi-task to service deliverables. Ability to document and deliver complex business processes. Able to work independently whilst managing competing priorities. Applicants with previous experience in the recruitment industry will be held in high regard. Applicants with previous exposure to human resource matters will be held in high regard. Measures of Success: Recharges: 80% of chargeable items to be passed to the billing team within 30 days. Contractor Satisfaction Scores: 90%.
